This book is in the context of addressing the reasons that justify the need for a new study on the European experience of consolidation and integration; It is the success of this experience in which it becomes a study required to identify the reasons for this success, and the lack of comparative studies between the Arab and European experiences, and not fulfilling the topic, and therefore unable to draw lessons learned.
