The Center for Arab Unity Studies published the book ISIS: Legitimizing Savagery, by Ouafae Sandi.
The rise of ISIS in the region was one of the biggest manifestations of bloody organized and legalized violence in contemporary Arab history at least, after the practice of violence in this phenomenon took its most brutal and bloody form and was able to establish its state, and to attract tens of thousands of fighters of different ages and nationalities, including Children and women. Its influence and ability to act and attract reached various countries and societies of the world.
