In this book, Nassar attempts to present a new theoretical material for democratic awareness and action, which revolves around three issues: the issue of truth, the question of freedom of thought, and the question of ideological pluralism are undoubtedly among the issues that the current democratic path in the Arab countries needs a clear indicative perception of.
In this attempt, Nassar prioritizes, as usual, in all his writings on politics, the philosophical approach; In order to enhance the reader’s understanding of his general view of politics and other philosophical fields, he considered it appropriate to include in the section on democracy a special section on how he conceived and evolved philosophy from the 1960s to the present day.
