The book considers that the main, if not the only, reference in the field of the relationship between religion and the state, and the issue of the application of Sharia is the work of the Companions. Therefore, the need calls for a return to the original, as it was open and not codified before the “emergence of disagreement” and the emergence of sects and sects, that is, as it was in the time of the Rightly Guided Caliphs.
