This book examines the Arab National Congress a quarter of a century after its formation. It contains some of the most important texts issued by the congress in the last quarter century which attest to the attitudes and orientations of congress members with regards to major issues that occured in the Arab region during that time period. The book includes the statutes of the congress, its rules of procedure, lists the members of the General Secretariat of the Congress and other members since its establishment in 1990, statements promulgated annualy since its establishment, and statements issued by the General Secretariat on the Palestinian issue and other important Arab issues.
