This book, which stands at the level of recognition to Ibn Rushd’s books, is a continuation of a chapter titled “The apparent doctrines that Sharia intended to make the public bear ” in a previous book in which Ibn Rushd announced his intention to publish this one. The chapter discussed the interpretations of various schools of thought which he believes “have torn Sharia and created divide within the people”. In this book, Ibn Rushd intends to reveal the aspects of weakness, creativity, and deviation in interpretations of different schools of thought, the most famous of which are: Ash’ari, Mu’tazila, al-Batniya, and al-Hashawya.
