Contradictions in International Law An Introductory Analysis

The Center for Arab Unity Studies published the book “Contradictions in International Law An Introductory Analysis” by Houcine Chougrani.

This study seeks to rethink the ability of international law to settle international disputes based on coarse and soft power, and the importance of rehabilitating law, political science, sociology and philosophy in a multidisciplinary approach, to understand the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of international law, and thus seek non-institutional solutions. In the international organization, there is a great rally among the actors in order to seize the opportunities and possibilities available and achieve certain interests at the expense of others.

The book includes eleven chapters, as well as an introduction, references and index.
