Al-Aqsa and the Palestinian Cause Path (File – 1)

The Al-Aqsa flood and the Zionist entity future……………. Khadija Sabbar      10

This paper adopts a historical sociological approach that closely links analysis to common trends in development or the application of sociology to problems by describing history as a field of inquiry and reflection, focusing on what calls for comparison. Addressing such a topic requires a paleontological analysis to determine the geostrategic background of the alliance between imperialism and Zionism: “To think well on political and social fields, one must read well into the historical field.” This study adopts a forceful high-pitched tone, that showcases aggression instead of war, especially since war is related to the use of force between two or more countries, according to Karl Clausewitz, while what Gaza is witnessing is an aggression of a military state against a liberation movement.

Al-Aqsa Flood: From the Palestinian Cause Liquidation
to Shock and Initiative………………… Ali Muhammad Ali Al-Tanazafti      29

This paper deals with the Al-Aqsa flood process, how it renewed the Palestinian cause by achieving shock and fear, revealing that the two-state solution is based on evasion and deception, due to the lack of an honest partner and mediator. Not to mention, the policy of land confiscation and expansion of settlements left no lands for another “state” solution. Hence resistance was a necessity. The paper adopts a comparative approach based on the assessment of wills between the resistance and those who support it versus the American ruler and the Zionist agent and the Western colonialism and their “Arab” cohorts. The paper also monitors and analyzes perceptions of the Al-Aqsa Flood process in terms of intellectual potential and events.

Keywords: Al-Aqsa Flood, Liquidation of the Palestinian Cause, Shock and Initiative, Unity of the Feilds.

The Genocidal War in Gaza and the basis of the American support
to Israel……………………………………………….. Thuna Fouad Abdullah      47

This study sheds light on the close political and strategic alliance between the United States and Israel over many decades, and the outcomes of the biased American position regarding the Palestinian cause, and the chapters of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, over several American administrations. As the American strategic vision closely links its national security constants with that of Israel, the study reveals the scopes of support provided by Washington and the administration of President Joe Biden, which stood behind Israel with all its political, diplomatic and military weight after October 7th and Al-Aqsa Flood, which truly represented… A “strategic shock” to the theory behind security of both the United States of America and Israel.

American Policy towards Iraq: The Dilemma of Democracy
and Neoliberalism…………………………………………… Mufeed Al-Zaidi      66

Since the 2003 US invasion of Iraq which radically reshaped it politically and economically, placing it under many structural challenges. If the primary goal of the occupation, as the United States claims, is to establish a “democratic” Iraqi regime and promote liberal values in the region, then the process of democratic transformation in the country faltered due to sectarian conflicts fueled by the occupation, widespread corruption, and political competition. The American occupation has tried to transform Iraq into the “neoliberal” model, which encourages privatization and liberalization of the economy, and opening markets to foreign investments and multinational companies, with the aim of integrating it into the global economic system subject to American hegemony. This “neoliberal” model has exacerbated economic fragility and increased social problems in Iraq.

Mechanisms of Management Development under the new
Moroccan model……………. Zakaria Ouzm & Muhammad Al-Mouden      81

Morocco did not succeed in achieving all of its desired goals that were set for its development path. The problematics of development in Morocco lies in development management, as the country lacks a clear vision for managing development plans. Accordingly, the Kingdom sought to activate mechanisms for managing development and tracking its workshops. The new model carried a vision for managing development, recommending the establishment of a national charter for development as a compatible reference, and a body to lead and track the implementation of development workshops and support change management. This study aims to develop a preliminary vision according to a prospective approach, in accordance with the contents of the development model report, which represents a guiding framework for decision-makers and researchers on development management mechanisms under the new Moroccan development model.
