Much has been written on the Arab Spring uprisings since the early months of their outbreak, and due to the hastiness of their publication, some of them may contain shortcomings in analysis, interpretation and general outlook on future events. They are nonetheless valuable resources documenting real life events that occurred during the uprisings.<\/p>\n<p>This book contains a collection of in-depth studies on the causes and the main drivers of the Arab Spring uprisings and their effects on the overall Arab political setting at the national, regional and international levels. It individually addresses each case with respect to each nation\u2019s own internal specificities, as well as in accordance with the mechanisms of popular self-mobilization.
