It seeks to present preliminary approaches on the suitability or effectiveness of neoliberalism to be a pillar of economic reform and diversification in the Arab Gulf countries according to their societal and economic circumstances, and examines the most prominent effects of neoliberalism, its repercussions, and its costs, economically and socially.
