So, it Examines the margins of this development in the GCC, focusing on the issues of social groups that are often marginalized by the dominant political, economic and social structure. This publication focused on two categories, usually in the \u201cmargin\u201d, namely women and the expatriate workforce, addressing the chronic imbalances that have traditionally been the focus of this publication, and the laws and institutions related to development policies, from the perspective of these two social groups in the GCC.
